All Town Residents are welcome to participate in this event.

Note: Yard Sales in Town should only occur during the Spring and Fall designated dates. This is keep traffic to minimum -it also increases the success of your sale!

Please note: traffic gets heavy so please advise your friends, family and customers to be patient and follow traffic pattern rules. If you are willing to volunteer to help with traffic control please contact a Town Council member.

We will try to have donation truck at pond parking lot starting at 2p. This may not be possible as many of the organizations have stopped providing such services.

Price Low -and hopefully be done early!

Price what you think it’s worth -and settle in for long day!
